Refund policy

We want to make sure that you are pleased with your purchase. Due to the unique nature of many of our items, it is the policy of the Redstick Gallery that all sales on handmade items are final.

Items purchased using a discount are a final sale and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

If an item is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, it may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests for damaged/defective items must be received within 30 days of purchase or delivery date with receipt. If a return request is not accompanied by a receipt, we will be unable to issue a refund. If a return request is received after 30 days of purchase, the sale is final and we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Q
